  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

  • Processing excludes weekends and UK public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may vary slightly

Dispatch & Delivery

  • UK Delivery: Estimated 3–7 working days

  • International Delivery: Estimated 7–15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. SmartAura is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Refund & Returns Process

Return Conditions

Return Request Procedure
